Rigo Ramos [Exec Chef],

Chef Rigo, full name Rigoberto Ramos, has been the Head Chef at Landini Brothers since 1985. He first arrived in America from El Salvador at the age of 22. Originally a dishwasher in a Pizzeria, he moved up to cook before moving to Landini Brothers in 1979.

Rigo's take on food is quintessentially Italian: less is more, let the flavors talk, and don't ignore the harmony that a few simple ingredients can make the most amazing dishes. He's always been proud to be the Chef at Landini Brothers Restaurant and we're proud to have him as the glue that holds our kitchen together.
